Any Ukrainian enterprise that acquires modern CNC machines or already operates such equipment is faced with the need to train employees of technological departments and newly arrived machine operators in the methods of effective operation of the equipment.
Programmers and technologists of the VariTek Service Center for CNC machine maintenance, as well as the CAD/CAM programming department, regularly conduct training seminars for their employees, as well as at the request of Customers — industrial enterprises of Ukraine. For each enterprise that acquires machines from the Varius Center, an individual training program is implemented, taking into account the characteristics of the customer’s machine park and the level of training of specialists.
In the event that an enterprise acquires new CNC equipment supplied by TC «VariUs», the company’s specialists practice on-site training programs at the enterprise, directly on the equipment being put into operation, within the framework of equipment supply contracts.
In case of purchasing the ESPRIT software CAD/CAM complex, our company’s programmers conduct a free training course for the Customer’s specialists either at its production facilities or in a specialized classroom on the territory of the Varius Shopping Center service center.
The training results can be consolidated in a practical way on modern DN Solutions equipment installed in the VariTek showroom, which is located on the territory of the service center.

Training seminars for engineers, technologists and employees of departments working with CNC machines. The aim of the seminars is to familiarize production workers with modern automation tools:
— tool selection based on a specific task (part)
— programming the part processing process
To solve simple turning tasks or difficult carving tasks, a modern specialist only needs basic knowledge of mechanical engineering technology and drawing a part. The automatic tool selection program allows not only to independently select a tool, select cutting modes, but also to issue a program for a CNC machine tool as a finished product.
In more complex cases, CAM programming is required. Modern programs, the best representative of which is the ESPRIT complex, allow you to reduce the task to automatic data entry from a drawing of a part or a 3-D model into a personal computer.
